A nominated Di Gasell company must meet the following criteria:

  1. Turnover exceeding 10M SEK
  2. Minimum 10 employees
  3. At least doubled their turnover, when comparing the first and the most recent fiscal year.
  4. Increased their turnover each year the last three years.
  5. A positive operating profit for the 4 last fiscal years.
  6. In all essentials grown organically, not by acquisitions or fusions.
  7. Sound finances.
