This is a result of a fantastic 2017 where we increased our total headcount from 35 at the end of 2016 to 78 at the end of 2017.

Adding the 30 people that work for Conversionista, a company that we acquired in August of 2017, the total number of employees is 108. And of course, not only did our headcount grow, our revenue followed and has grown by 81% Year-over-year. I couldn’t be prouder of the whole team, and I’m so impressed with the spectacular digital growth we help our clients achieve every day.

With 2017 behind us, I’m super excited to kick-start 2018 by onboarding 14 fantastic new employees. The purpose of our onboarding is to properly introduce and welcome new employees into the organization and provide them with the tools, resources, and knowledge to become successful and productive. They will also meet with our senior management and hear from them directly about business processes, key organizational initiatives, and goals.

We started our onboarding programs in 2013 to achieve a uniformed and effective new-hire experience. While we provide a well measured, strategic onboarding program, it’s of course only a first step in keeping and improving engagement, productivity, and retention. To provide a continuous, reinforced learning environment, well beyond the onboarding, me and my team have spent a lot of time designing and documenting everything from principles and culture of excellence to business processes, delivery models, and governance. To consistently improve employees’ morale and boost their productivity we have, for instance, a coaching program, which is a collaborative process between a manager and employee focused on discussing career development and identifying opportunities for improvement. We also conduct monthly satisfaction surveys as well as performance review processes twice a year.

We are always on the lookout for great people to further strengthen our organization. We especially welcome female applicants. If you’re interested, check out some of our open positions here.
