The number of employees has grown more than 116% since the end of 2017 and now amounts to 141 people. This is including the people at Conversionista, which was acquired by Curamando last year.  With the large group joining the company in August, Curamando is boosted not only by the head-count -more importantly, the company is amplified with additional competence within e-commerce, MarTech, SEO and business consulting.

Onboarding for two weeks

The journey at Curamando starts off with two weeks of intense onboarding, which is meant to provide the new employees with the tools, resources and knowledge to be able to be productive and successful from the get-go. During this onboarding, they will meet with the senior management and learn about the business processes and goals. Furthermore, spending two weeks together is a great way to get to know your new colleagues.

Now, the onboarding program is of course only an initial step to maximise everyone’s engagement and productivity. Curamando has always been adamant about providing and upholding a learning environment, and many hours have been spent designing and documenting everything from business processes, delivery models and governance. To consistently improve employees’ morale and to boost their productivity, Curamando has a coaching program which is a collaborative process between a manager and employee which is focused on discussing career development and identifying opportunities for improvement. Curamando also conducts monthly satisfaction surveys, as well as performance review processes twice a year. Given that Curamando is growing at a high speed, a heavy focus is placed on retaining the friendly culture at the company.

We could not be more excited to have the new group on board!

Curamando is always on the lookout for talented and passionate individuals to join our growing team. If you are interested, have a look at our open positions
