  • Integrated design: We utilized the client’s existing Azure environment, leveraging functionalities like authentication and file management to ensure seamless integration and minimize disruption.
  • Generative AI: We implemented a custom generative AI-powered assistant that allows employees to access all internal documents through a simple chat interface.
  • Holistic implementation: Curamando provided comprehensive guidance that extended beyond the technology itself. This included initiating and guiding the quality assurance process for existing documentation performed by the information owners (crucial for accurate AI responses), extensive training sessions, detailed user guides, and a KPI dashboard to track adoption and implementation success.
